First Professions

On 1st June 2013, seven young women committed their lives to the Lord and in the service of their fellow human beings. They had spent two years growing in their personal God experience and studying the life and spirit of our Founders for a better integration into the Charism of the Congregation. Their being together in a multicultural context contributed tremendously towards broadening their outlook to embrace all irrespective of class, religion, region or social background.

A very meaningful ceremony comprising the Eucharistic celebration, a public expression of their commitment and a festive meal together marked the occasion. The celebration was held at the Holy Cross Novitiate, Pune

School results at the SSC

This year, 2013, as in the previous years, our SSC results were excellent. While we laud the success of the students we also credit the laurels largely to the diligent, interested and deeply committed staff of our schools. We are well aware that good education is not merely achieving cent percent results and carving a prosperous career for our future generations of youth. The focus of our endeavours is also the cultivation and imbibing of good human values like peace, justice, honesty, integrity of nature, gender sensitivity, communal harmony, mutual respect and equality of opportunity. The co-operation and supportive appreciation of the parent body goes a long way in contributing to the fulfillment of these efforts of ours.
